Intro to Rust
Rust is a modern, strongly-typed, non-garbage collected language from Mozilla pursuing the trifecta: safety, concurrency, and speed. For four years the StackOverflow survey has placed Rust as the most loved language. You can write anything from operating systems, device drivers, video games, graphical applications, to web applications in Rust. It can be a little intimidating to get started as there are a few concepts that may be new to the learner. We'll explore the language by looking at how to build a _. After this session, you should be able to understand some of the features of Rust, how to get started, and where to find resources to continue learning Rust if you so desire.
