Automating your day job with Infrastructure as Code

Successful modern application development in the cloud requires a modern approach to managing cloud infrastructure. Building cloud resources by hand in the console or some other means without a repeatable and automated way to manage the architecture is both highly error-prone and non-scalable.

In this session, we will cover what infrastructure as code is all about, why it is beneficial to use and how to start using it today to be more productive. CloudFormation will be used in the examples to explain how to fully manage cloud resources on AWS using infrastructure as code.
